Painting of the Western silo art in Lameroo begins today, with artist Sam ‘Smug’ Bates taking to the skies to begin work on the 28m-tall mural, with plans in place for the piece to be finished by the end of the month to coincide with the ‘Enliven Lameroo’ festival on 27 April.
